| A lockfull of boats heads up the lower flight of 3 locks at Jones Falls as a kayaker paddles past. During busy weekends in the summer, a double lockage is used, once this set of boats has been moved up to the second lock, another load of boats will be put into the lower lock. This minimizes the delay at this lockstation with its multiple (4) locks. |
