| The work of the lockstation staff is never done, especially when it comes to mowing the lawn. The Rideau lockstations are renown for their verdant lawns, but grass doesn't mow itself. The use of newer equipment with four-stroke engines and the non-use of fertilizer keeps these lawns environmentally benign. |
