| Many in the Rideau Region put on nice light displays at Christmas, but few match the elaborate light show created by Vince Watters. Vince, known to many as the Lockmaster of Chaffeys Lock is normally a very busy man, even in winter, so it is difficult to see where he finds the hours and hours required to create this visual feast. It is quite a treat for those who drive by his house on a snowy December evening. |
