Always happy to strike up a conversation with any visitor to Davis Lock, John takes pride in keeping his lock in immaculate shape and makes sure that needs of visiting boaters are met. If at first you don't see John, just listen for his booming voice. Murphy on the other hand is usually easy to find, taking a snooze under the shade of a picnic table. |
