| This short (6 minute) photo video will take you from the Hogs Back Lockstation to the Hartwells Lockstation to the Ottawa Locks. Featured at Hogs Back is the weir, the Hogs Back Falls and the swing bridge. Hartwells features the Lockmaster's House and the locks. In addition to the lockstations are views of the canal in downtown Ottawa. Click on the Play Arrow button in the middle of the video to start it. This is part of a south to north series of the Rideau Canal, each video focussing on a single lockstation and the waterway between it and the next lockstation. |
