And what does one do with a bushel of delicious Rideau apples? One option is to make jelly. Different apples produces different coloured and different tasting jelly - all very delicious. In this case, jelly prepared by my wife Pat from a variety of apples. There are several apple orchards in the Rideau region and all produce a delicious fall bounty. |
