The mind can play tricks when walking the dog on a foggy day. Here a submarine looms out of the mist, cruising through the grey waters, wake foaming at its side, the coning tower clearly visible. Perhaps its just the anticipation of spring that brings boats (even submarines) to mind while taking a last walk on the lake ice prior to spring break-up. |
